Welcome to Scotland Lodge Farm which is set in 46 acres of
grassland. We are happy to have well-behaved dogs in our downstairs
rooms and can provide stabling for horses as our daughter
(a professional event rider) has a competition livery yard
on site. We have plenty of off-road parking if you are travelling
with horsebox, boat or caravan.
We hope guests will take time to stay and relax in order to
enjoy this beautiful part of Wiltshire.
Places to Visit
This area of Wiltshire is full of lovely places to visit:
Stonehenge (4 miles), the Cathedral city of Salisbury (9
miles) and Wilton House, gardens and carpet factory (7 miles).
There is a Park and Ride in Wilton which serves Salisbury
with buses running regularly throughout the day. Longleat
House and Safari Park is only a 20 minute drive and Stourhead
gardens about 40 minutes. The historic towns of Wells, Glastonbury,
Bath and Winchester are within an hour's drive as is Bournemouth
and its beaches. The New Forest National Park is less than
an hour's drive way.
